Welcome to Molecules3D: Your First Steps to Exploring 3D Molecule Models
Welcome to Molecules3D, your gateway to exploring the fascinating world of 3D molecular models! Dive into the intricate structures of molecules, where atoms connect in unique spatial arrangements to form the building blocks of life, matter, and the cosmos.
This intuitive platform empowers students, researchers, and enthusiasts to visualise and interact with molecular geometries, revealing how shapes and bonds drive chemical reactions and physical properties.
Whether you're studying the proteins of life or the gases in distant stars, Molecules3D bridges the microscopic and the universal.
When 3d viewer is loaded, the magic begins...
Rotating molecule in the center of the screen is by default an ADP 3d molecule.
The menu bar on the top right contains molecular formula, names and quantity of the atoms, bonds number and types, overview analysis and current configuration of the 3d viewer. Clicking on the rhombus in the line Molecules3D folds the menu bar up.
The control bar at the screen bottom allows to list through the gallery of models, open and fold away the menu bar, get the "about" info, turn on/off autorotate.
So feel free to click on the arrows and buttons and make your way through the 3d molecular viewer. More details soon!
